Experience & Credentials
- Experience: Originally, Jason was a litigator/trial attorney who, after seeing the personal and financial costs associated with trial law transitioned to what he now calls “protective law” which really just means keeping people out of court. It is important to know that Jason has successfully represented clients before the Alabama Supreme Court, Alabama Court of Civil Appeals, various Circuit, District, Probate, and Municipal Courts, as well as U.S. Federal District Court and administrative hearings. — In other words, Jason has been there and done that and now wants to provide you with what you need to avoid these places so you can live your life free and successful.
- Education: Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, University of Alabama; Juris Doctor, Thomas Goode Jones School of Law
- Recognition: Life member of the National Registry of Who’s Who
- Community: Jason and his wife Jennifer have two sons and one daughter in love and actively serve local and international Christian ministries
